Manually set some sane keybindings:

Homebrew

https://brew.sh/

$ /bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"

Zsh (instead of bash if you prefer)

  1. $ touch ~/.zshrc

  2. Fix file permissions for warning:

zsh compinit: insecure directories, run compaudit for list.

Ignore insecure directories and continue [y] or abort compinit [n]? `

Solution: Turn off that group-writable permission!:

$ chmod g-w /usr/local/share/zsh

$ chmod g-w /usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions

  3. Test install $ nvm -v && node -v     0.37.0     v10.23.3

  4. Set default node version: $ nvm alias default v14.15.5

  3. Start background service at login brew services start postgresql
